Thank you for your interest in supporting the Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Council.
Our goal is that Bainbridge Island be recognized and valued as a cultural community. We advocate for funding, both public and private for local organizations as well as produce our own programming and support local efforts.
The Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Council’s vision is that Bainbridge Island be recognized and valued as a cultural community, deeply engaged and aspiring toward excellence in the arts and humanities. Our programs include the award-winning Arts Education Consortium—integrating arts and academic experiences, the Arts and Humanities Project Support Fund, the Operations Support Fund, Public Art Committee, Celluloid Bainbridge, Island Treasure Awards, Bainbridge in Bloom, Poetry Corners, and Great Decisions at the Library. In addition BIAHC publishes Currents’ focusing on community cultural events and opportunities.
