2008 FROG ROCK ARTS FESTIVAL GUIDELINES
line200px.gif

The inaugural Frog Rock Arts Festival will take place in Waterfront Park, on Bainbridge Island, for three days: July 11-13.

The Arts Festival will take place on the same days as the 20th Annual Bainbridge in Bloom, a long-standing summertime garden tour event (see www.gardentour.info).

Both events, operated by the Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Council, will be publicized widely, and will serve as the anchors for a festive weekend on Bainbridge Island. Bainbridge Island is known for its artist community, patron residents, and is a 35-minute ferry ride from Seattle.

The fair site is a 5-minute walk from the ferry and adjacent to the main street shops and restaurants.

All qualifying artists must meet the following criteria:

  • Artist work must be handcrafted by the artist. Quality reproductions produced in limited editions (500 or less), individually signed and numbered and cleared labeled ‘Reproduction’ or ‘Limited Reproduction’ are permitted.
  • All other works must be original in nature. No kits/greenware permitted. Artist must be responsible for the design and at a minimum oversee the production of the artwork.
  • Artist must be present in booth for all three Arts Fair days.
  • Fair is open to all residents of Washington State
