2008 BAINBRIDGE ISLAND ARTS & HUMANITIES FUND AWARDS PROGRAM

A documentary film about Bainbridge Island in the 1970s, free downtown summer chamber music concerts, a medieval musical, The Ballet Cinderella, and a Blue Man traveling exhibit are among 19 projects approved for funding through the 2008 Bainbridge Island Arts and Humanities Fund. Ten of the successful applicants are first time award recipients. Funding recommendations were made by a five member panel of arts professionals and humanities scholars who reviewed a total of 21 applications. The Bainbridge Arts and Humanities Fund Committee, BIAHC Board of Directors, and City Council have approved the following panel recommendations:
